# Billing & Subscription

## Free trial

Every new account starts with a **7-day free trial**. No payment is required to get started, but you'll need to enter a card when signing up.

At the end of the trial, \$39/month is charged automatically. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

## Paid plan — \$39/month

Your subscription renews automatically every month on your billing date. It includes:

* 1,000 datapoints/month
* Real-time dashboard updates
* All built-in Rule templates
* 24-hour data history (extendable)

## 30-day money-back guarantee

If Echo isn't working for you, email [i@beau.to](mailto:i@beau.to) within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. This applies once per account and doesn't apply to renewals.

## Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from account Settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that:

* Echo stops processing new emails
* Your dashboard is no longer updated
* **All extracted datapoints are deleted immediately**

If you reconnect later, Echo will start fresh — historical datapoints are not recoverable.

## Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Echo never stores your card number or CVV. You can update your payment method at any time from account Settings.
