By default, your Echo dashboard shows data extracted from emails received in the last 24 hours. Echo processes all incoming emails in real time, but only surfaces datapoints from the past day. This works well for most users — invoices, flights, and offers that matter are usually recent.

Extended history

If you need a longer window, you can expand your dashboard to show data from:
  • Last 3 days
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 2 weeks
  • Last month
Pricing depends on your inbox volume and is handled individually. To get set up, email the Echo team at i@beau.to.
Echo processes all your incoming emails regardless of plan. The history window only affects what’s visible on your dashboard — no data is lost.
